To find out that you are expecting a baby brings with it such a variety of emotions; to then find out you are expecting more than one, there are a few more that may come into play. Multiple Birth SA encourages all expectant multiple parents to attend multiple specific antenatal classes before 30 weeks gestation, even if you’ve already got older children.
Throughout the classes you will cover a variety of topics ranging from multiple pregnancy and birth, to getting organised at home as well as breast feeding multiples.
The multiple birth antenatal classes listed here are open to all expectant parents regardless of where you are planning on birthing so you can attend the classes that work best for you.
