MBSA recommend that you attend classes before 30 weeks gestation as multiples often come early. Classes are open to all expectant parents regardless of where you are planning on birthing so you can attend the classes that work best for you.
Even if you have attended standard antenatal classes for your other children these multiple birth specific classes are quite useful.
Also note that MBSA run classes for new and expectant multiple birth dads and non-birth partners three times per year which are highly recommended. Check out our events to see when the next one will be held.
Please contact the hospitals directly to find out when the next classes will be held and to book in.
